As a Senior Digital Product Designer at The Techno Creatives, I delivered cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership, handling stakeholders personally. Working independently and proactively, I collaborated with diverse teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients and projects, within technical constraints, budget, time, and resources.

User Experience (UX) Design: Expert in conducting user research, creating user personas, mapping user journeys, and developing intuitive user flows to inform design decisions.

User Interface (UI) Design: Proficient in translating user requirements into visually appealing, functional, and accessible UI designs using industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

‍Prototyping and Iteration: Experienced in creating wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring optimal usability and user satisfaction.

Digital product designer

I started my journey in Sweden on January 2018. Worked as a designer in several projects, delivering concepts, wireframes, prototypes, complete design systems and interfaces for:

  • Mobile Apps: Boat Management and telematics app for Boat Owners to safely and continuously track their boats status.
  • HMI for Automotive Research and Demonstrations: Have worked with OEMs and other vehicle parts suppliers in projects for Worldwide Fairs, Demonstrations, both internal and external and Researches.
  • Installations for Fairs: The Techno Creatives is expert in working with demos for products and companies. Displaying and visualising data in exciting new ways like holograms and games built with different technologies, like Unity and Unreal.
  • Conduct Meetings and Workshops: Independently worked and was responsible for communicating directly with clients and stakeholders. At the start of every project we conduct workshops to understand the client needs and problems to be solve. This is also good to explain to clients our process, planning, stages, deliverables and other details.

Lead UI/UX Designer

at Instituto iTriad, Kaios

Managed and Led a small team of designers in Brazil collaborating with the main design team from Taiwan. Have delivered several projects for different products of KaiOS, including systems interfaces, apps, and features for phones and set-top boxes.

KaiOS is a company that mainly produces and develops smart feature phones for Indian and African markets. The phones are affordable and have a huge impact on the life of those people. Click HERE to read more about their amazing work.

In this company, I had many different tasks and duties, including:
‍

  • Design User Interactions (UX) and Document: This was crucial for the usability of the product. Feature phones mostly have physical keyboards, usually up to 20 different buttons and directional arrows. For these devices, interactions had to be planned in a detailed way to be later used for implementation and also to be the base for the User Interface Design.
  • Design User Interface (UI) and Document: We have worked with different devices, screen sizes and hardware restrictions. Each version of the system, based on Firefox OS, had its design language. Each designer was assigned an app or feature do be designed. We also alternated the UX and UI tasks between the team for more dynamic.

    These interfaces were documented manually and released for the developer team in our location or sent to the main teams in Taiwan.
  • Conduct Weekly Meetings: Handled meetings weekly with the main team in Taiwan. Aligning and communicating for an easy and smooth collaboration process.
  • Act as Scrum Master: In this company I had the pleasure and privilege to acquire my Scrum Master certificate and act as a Scrum Master in the simultaneous projects we delivered.

At Levier, I worked as Designer and Developer, using many skills in Front End and Back End Development.

  • Design Themes for Wordpress: From the wireframes stages to the final visual design. I was responsible for all user interactions and interfaces for the different pages and sections of the websites. Mostly company websites and e-commerce.
  • Develop and Implement Themes: Develop the theme designed in HTML, CSS, JS and PHP. Host and manage domains and permissions. Installations of Wordpress in the clients domains and apply the theme developed.
